How to Increase my Blog Traffic?

My blog is http://www.kaiba910.com.I really need to increase my blog traffic and get a repeated visitors.I already made many post and also giving some free e-books but the result is not like what i wanted. I really need help from all of you here on how to increase my blog traffic.
