When I feel pressure...I sit in a chair and do a few exercises that help to relieve that pressure..I turn my head to the right and try to touch my right shoulder, and do the same to the left side..It relieves the neck muscles and helps you relax..you can drink a cup of camomile tea,or take a longwalk and look at nature..If you feel unhappy, start thinking what good things you have in your life and things that you can be thankful for..you can also take a restful very warm bath and just lay there for awhile and relax..Take time for you,do not get into a hurry, trying to please others...Please yourself first then you will feel like pleasing others...

exercise is a good thing to rid the tired feeling, also watch your diet, and drink lots of fruit juice. You can take a hot bath that is great of tired muscles, herbal teas and candles for relaxing atmosphere and meditation

we do work hard for our future, and we deserve to pamper ourselves once in a while. I suggest you go to a spa for a massage and facial and to a parlor also for foot massage and hot oil... relax once in a while.
at home you can also do this. have a hot bath in your bath tub and before doing that have a scrub using olive oil and sugar put it all over you body. Also an oatmeal bath. up oat meal in hot water then use a stainer then put the liguid or milk of the oatmeal in your tub... you'll be relax also add an ambience of scented oil in lighted candle, choose vanilla or lavander scent

Well, I take a bath. Then I lie down on a ouch or bed and watch TV for a while or take a short nap for 30 min or so. Try to stretch your muscles do some mild exercises and have some refreshing drinks or eat something I hope it will be fine. :)

A shower always relaxes me, I have cerebral palsy and sometimes my body is quite sore expecially after the gym, cause thats where ive been today. I also have ocd and a shower is good distraction for that.

I will stretch, and then lay down. Or soak in a hot tub of bubbles.

I know it sounds totally backward, but a brisk walk, with my sister's dogs really helps me relax. It lifts the fatigue. Actually last night I was with my grandson, and it was chilly after our activity, so we RAN, not far, just about a block. It was so exhillerating. I myLot for my brain. I take hot showers, and I have a heated mattress pad, so I can crawl into a warm bed. Partner gets home after eleven at night, so I do not get the good massages that I want.

Some of you fatigue is mental. Be sure to do nice things for yourself. Things that you can enjoy for the short time it takes. Balance is a good thing to strive for.
I have a drink or two in the evening while catching up on things sometimes. I read in bed until I am tired and get lost in the book if I can. I have a favorite meal and enjoy it greatly.
I give up on everything when I crawl into bed. Listening to the talk shows on the radio I find that I fall asleep and miss the shows. lol
I hope your life evens out for you soon. Take care!

Many times I try to find something crafty to do. I will mess with a little polymer clay or cover a box with some colorful fabric to make a simple storage container.
My husband and I try to schedule one day a month where we just loll in bed all day. We watch tv, work online, and read but we stay in the bed. It is a way to narrow your view to a smalle area and let go of some of the other htings you think about when you are out in other parts of the home.

ok I am a very busy person and therefore I am with you when you talk about feeling tired after working...I have many ways to deal with stress and fatigue...one thing that works for me is doing physical exercise..it might seem strange doing something physical draining when you are already tired ...but it helps me a lot...I go to the gym and...well I feel relaxed and lighter when I come back home..or I go and have my dancing lesson...this happens on tuesday night and I am very happy because it helps me feel better...other times I put off the lights, light my candles, put on my favourite relaxin music (celtic music) and have a long hot bath...

to relive muscle fatigue it try to go for a short walk or have a hot shower and a good sleep if possible. Pressure is something we put on our selves I prioritise it into things i can control adn things i cannot if i cannot control it or solve it do not worry about it by doing these things it does not allow me to get unhappy casue i am able to enjoy the simple thigns.

A massage, hot bath or sleeping can take away the physical fatigue. As for mental fatigue, having fun is the best solution .It could be a good comedy movie for me or a nice book.I always like listening to some good music after a tiring day.I also like playing games on my mobile when I don't want to exert myself any further.Solving a sudoku(a 9X9 mathematical puzzle) also works well for me.

That is a crucial experience to new office goers.I am not a office goer but i have undergone such situations and what i do is i will first remove my clothes and wear a night suite. Then i will go to roof top and i will feel my breath, then i will blank out my minds and then when i open my eyes i can feel the pressure decreasing..

Can you try this, result will be amazing. Whenever you are free from work, just you lay down straight on bed keeping face, chest portion upper side. Keep relaxed all the body parts like leg, hands, fingers etc. Breath (inhale and exhale) very slowly. Consentrate on breathing only. Try to not to think about anything like personal, official or social matters. If you do this for 10 minutes, you may go in siesta. This 10 minutes inhale & exhale will release your muscles fatigue and you will feel freshness. I know, you will not believe this, but what is wrong in trying it, then critising/making any comments. I hope you will try definitely.

A time you spend for exercise will help a lot. It will helps removed your stress and musce tensions. A simple stretching and bending is good enough to make your day a little better than before.
Always give time for your physical activities like exercise to prevent physical exhaustion.

We always feel tired going home after office hours, coz imagine sitting for eight hours that could be tiresome and can be boring sometimes.I usually watch tv or even listen to music whenever i got home.If i feel little depressed or unhappy with work, i go to malls and spend my time in a bookstore about an hour or two, and it works.
