i think its the distinctive twang of the electric guitar when the strings are struck and bent, and stay there for a few secs. it makes the sound go like "waaaaaaaahhh".. c",)
and jimi hendrix is, i guess, the best on it.

it kinda makes the guitar go bass when its down and more trebely when its up good for soloing
