the best way of express love is to go and simply say that I LOVE YOU.

I think to cook for him or her is a better way. As for me, I like cooking very much so if I had a boyfriend , I would cook for them with my heart.

I believe that the best way to express your love for somebody is by being selfless.

It depends from person to person and both who wants to express the love as well as the other person. It may depend upon their likes and dislikes and other such things. For me, I think the best way is to maintain originality. I mean, you should try something that others have not. This will show the other person that you really love him/her a lot. People like surprises, so it will be great if you can give him a very pleasant surprise and then express your lovely love for him/her.
