Have you ever felt insecure to someone?

Me, I always do. There is this girl that I am really insecure of, everytime I see her I just wish I won't. But what can I do, it is a small world. I do get insecure because I am not that pretty and I think she is, to think that she is the ex-gf of my current boyfriend. I just hope this feeling would pass.

I feel insecure all the time. I was always teased and made fun of in school for no reason. I was told that I was fat and ugly from other kids and even some of my family members. I was never fat, nor was I ever ugly, but it did give me a complex and I have carried that complex with me through my adult years also. I have tried to build up my self esteem and get over not feeling that way, but nothing ever seems to work. I do not go outside my home most of the time because of the complex that I have. I hate but I do not know how to fix it. My husband and daughter try to get me to go do more things but most of the time, I do not do anything other than stay home and work around here and online. I just don't have the willpower to take any judgements from people if I should have to come face to face with them. Sometimes I can go out and not worry about what other people think of me, but most of the time, it is always in the back of my head that people are judging me and they do not like me.
