The last GT40 came off the line months ago. I work with Ford dealers to help them move inventory and to obtain inventory. I work with dealers nationwide. Last year and at the begining of this year I sold alot of GT40's for dealers. We had them available anywhere from 6 to 10 grand under MSRP. MSRP is $166,945.00 for the fully loaded units. But now? There are very few left. Delaers want well over sticker and most want at least 200 grand. I know most people say "Who would pay that kind of money for a race car"? Well, Lots of people do. If you ever have a chance to drive one, you will know. Now, the hot ticket is the new Shelby GT500 Mustang. They are going for approx 13-15 grand over sticker. Sticker on these beauties are $45,060.00 for coupes and $45,945.00 for convertables. This car will be made for one more year. Watch how they go up when production stops. I LOVE Ford.
