Do paid emails actually pay out?

Or do they only give you cash credit to use to purchase something through their site. Specifically speaking about Donkeemails and 500cents-500dollars.
I've been trying really hard, for along time to find a free way to start supplementing my income. I'm not looking to make it rich quick but something extra would be nice.
I can type approx. 80 wpm but the data entry at home seems to be a scam. Can someone help me find something?

500cents-500dollars is a scam site. Any site that offers you more than about 2 cents per email will never pay you. There are a lot of those type of sites around and they never pay so please be careful. If you take a look at the website link in my profile you will see the sites that do pay and they are all free to join. I cannot put the link here as it is against mylot rules to put links in posts.
