MyLot paid Me, What Other Sites Have Paid You?

I was glad to see that I got my first payment from myLot this month. I had been told by others that I would but like so many other programs, a promise is a promise and we all like to see that cash for ourselves. Still, it never hurts to hear from others before you consider joining a new program. I have joined several programs, though I haven't reached the minimum payouts for many of them yet. Please give details including whether you have been paid. Also please tell me if they cost any money to join because I although there may be others interested in spending money for these, I am only interested in free to join income opportunities that pay.
