We like horror and zombies do lend some action. Usually we do not see enough of them. Blood and gore is good to see when done well. Some things are best left to the imagination. Some people use these as training films for it they ever meet up with zombies. Go figure.

Haha! I've never heard of that before, using films as training material for the event if ever there was the real thing, but I guess it is understandable with todays world, you never know what is round the corner, ok one day and all hell breaks loose the next.

I agree too, zombie films I grew up on when me and my brother would stay at my grannies house, and she would take us to the video shop and get us a horror film or two and then blame it on my grandad for getting such horrible and gory films out for us kids, classic.

They are great movies. It's hilarious and yet so... evil! lol. Bruce Campbell is hysterically insane! And, I'm pretty sure there's more blood in that series than in most horror films.

I adored all three of them. But, you know what, the musical was the best of all! I was sitting front row center on opening night, in the so-called splatter zone. What an evening that was, getting drenched in stage blood all while listening to songs centered around the Necronomicon. Sadly, it's no longer on Broadway, but the soundtrack is soon to be released, which I can't wait to get! Now that I think of it, the group may have moved up to Canada.
Have a look at the website, when you get the chance. It'll give you the gist of what it was all about: http://www.evildeadthemusical.com/
I will treasure my Playbill autographed by Ryan Ward (Ash). *swoon*

Have you seen Bubba Ho-tep, by any chance? It's another Bruce Campbell campfest that you're sure to enjoy. This time, Bruce is none other than Elvis Presely, in a retirement home, fighting zombies. There's also a sequel due, Bubba Nosferatu where he's fighting--you guess it--vampires! Awesome movies, if you enjoy campy horror. You can check them out over at IMDb.
