I have only been to see two musicals, one was Joseph & Amazing Technicoloured dreamcoat, it was that long ago it had Jason Donovan playing Joseph, it was absolutely wonderful, for my first musical I had ever seen, I was impressed. I have also seen Evita, but Joseph will always be the best. Plus I went to a school musical where the children put on Joseph and that too was out of this world.

do you mean Notre-Dame de Paris with the musics written by the Italian singer Riccardo Cocciante? If this is the one you are talking about, I have seen it twice and I love love it...and I think Riccardo Cocciante made a powerful job...this is one of my favourite musicals...I have recently seen Sweet Charity and I loved it very much too...last year I missed Grease and I am very disappointed..now I am looking forward to seeing Jesus Christ superstar because a company is representing it soon and I hope I can be there ...I love the musics!!!

How can it be anything but "Grease?"
It is such a classic. Well, in North America anyway.
Maybe it is sort of a cultural thing, but the songs are really great.

I hate to go with something so over done in a lot of peoples minds, but mine has to be Phantom of the Opera. I went to see it 12 years ago in Toronto at the Pantagis Theatre with my family. I got to meet the cast and everything. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen, and I will never forget it!
Pretty much antyhing ALW is good with me. I still love Jesus Christ Superstar. It was WAY ahead of it's time. revoultionary, you might say.

I wouldn't see it. I considered it blasphemy to the name ALW, and the whole production in and of itself. Something that great should not be made into a movie, because it can't be appreciated for what it is.

I just completely adore The Rocky Horror Show (and the picture show, but the live show is just something else entirely)
when I'm in a bad mood, the film brings me out of it and has me up and singing and dancing and waving my boa.
I LOVE Science Fiction, Superheroes, Touch Me, The Whole Floor Show, especially Don't Dream it, and I love I'm going Home.
at the live shows, I love turning up early enough to see how everyone has dressed up, and it's got the best atmosphere.
when I was growing up, Richard O Brien lived near us, and we used to see him at a lot of charity fetes. he was lovely.

Picking a fav musical is really difficult.
I've seen so many over the years and have loved most of them.
Current fave is Wicked probably tying with Rent which I have now seen about 5 times.
Phantom of the Opera is a great stage show as it Les Misreables which I have seen 8 or more times.
Saw Notre Dame de Paris a few years ago in London and have managed to get a dvd version of a French production which I watch all the time.
Saw Little Shop of Horrors last weekend in London and loved that too.
Ok I guess I just like way too many musicals
