I would Think tea but am unsure I guess as long as you have a limit of intake they should be both ok

in my honest opinion, much better coffee, but must be a strong black italian espresso coffee, i am italian, the tea i drink only when i am ill

Tea is made from burned leaves AHHHH! I prefer coffee when Im old enough to drink it, its pretty good.

I wouldn't make it through the day if I didn't have my coffee in the morning. Once in a great while I might have tea but not in the morning.
