Age limit to drive a car ?

I know when I first learned to drive a car about 4 years ago. But I know after years go on you got renew your license. But I what I'm getting at as when you get into the ages of 60+ when you start maybe losing your vision, memory of the rules of the road and etc.. Do you think some countries like Canada, United States and etc. should put a limit so like every year when you in you older ages you have to take vision tests and whatnot ?
