Who is the best alchemy user?

I would choose Scar, he eradicates the humunculi! Although, its a very sinful act of taking lives, I think whats he's doing is reasonable. Imagine, someone who suffered much because of alchemy, like Nina, the daughter of a doctor who knows how to perform alchemy that combines the body of an animal and human being. Scar tried stopping the humunculis and the villains from achieving the Philospher's stone. I believe this is a good act. My next choice is Edward, not because his the lead character but how he uses his metal alchemy in creating cool stuff and weapons! For you, who's the best alchemy user?
