By drinking a lot of water (H2O) you will benefit in several ways. Do you know that by drinking a lot of water you remove harmful toxins and maintain a healthy skin and keeps away de-hydration. Further it helps to increase metabolism. This also helps one in weight loss.

I drink lots of water. However, i am never satisfied with the amount of water i am having, i always feel i am having less. It is important to have a minimum of eight glasses of water everyday. Our body is composed of 70% water. So, it is very important for our survival. Fresh water is increasingly becoming scarce. Water is considered such a vital resource that the next wars would be fought over water and not oil. The world with its ever increasing population is heading towards water scarcity. Water helps to keep our body well hydrated. Most headaches are caused because of dehydration. So, keep drinking lots of water. However, people with kidney ailments should consult their physicians. Beverages like cola, tea, coffee are not a good source of water on the contrary they are known to dehydrate the body. Water is a zero calorie drink so go for it, if fitness is your prime motive. However, always drink clean drinking water.

I am definitely aware of the importance and the benefits of drinking water as I have been doing this for the past couple of years. Water is the best beverage for a person for the reasons that you mentioned. I drink at least 6-8 glasses of water every day. It is also a good thirst quencher, compared to other drinks. It is definitely important to stay hydrated, especially during the summer when it is hot or after a workout.

Besides drinking alot of water which is very necsessary people should be aware that they need to be drinking clean water. Everyone should check out their local state board of health concerning their drinking water. Clean drinking water is essential.

In a study, it was revealed that 90% of headaches are caused due to dehydration,so drink enough water and live healthy.

There are plenty of other fruit drinks, cabonated drinks, but I still love plain clean water the best, cheers to water :)

Thank you my friend for this reminder! I don't drink a lot of water as I tend to get bagged up when I drink it! I know I need to start drinking it more and maybe you have just given me the nudge I need!
