If children live with criticism, they condemn. If children live with hostility, they learn to fight. If children live with fear, they learn to be apprenhensive. If children live with pity, they learn to feel sorry for themselves. If children live with ridicule, they learn to be shy. If children live with jealousy, they learn to envy. If children live with shame, they learn to feel gulity. *If children live with encouragement, they learn to be confident. *If children live with tolerance, they learn to be patient. *If children live with praise, they learn to be appreciative. *If children live accpetance, they learn to love. *If children live with approval, they learn to like themselves. *If children live with recognition, they learn that it is good to have a goal. *If children live with sharing, they learn about generosity. *if children live with honesty and fairness, they learn what truth and justice are. *If children live with security, they learn to have faith in themselves and in those around them. *If children live with friendliness, they learn that the world is a nice place in which to llive. If you live with serenity, your child will have peace of mind.

snow teeter totter - a playground toy waiting for kids..
that is true. Children are a reflection of their parents. They will learn so much from what they see and hear from the adults they trust the most and spend the most time around.

How true :) i do agree with you ZoOmZoOm. Childrens can be considered as a white piece of cloth. it is the parents that colored them on how they are suppose to be. not only that, also believe the enviroment that they are in and the friends they mix with do plays a part too. good day.

That is so true, Zoom. Let us raise happy, peaceful, and appreciative children. What a wonderful this would be if all the generations would raise our children is such a way.
