What is your time zone and what time is it where you are located?

I am in New York my time zone is eastern timing and as I am typing this right now at this very moment it is 11:56 pm almost midnight.

i am in illinois and iam 1 hour ahead of you.my son is in IRAQ and they are 9 hours ahead of us.
