sunday or monday?????

hey frnds can u guys clear up my confusion....sunday or monday which is d 1st day of d week ???? we consider sunday as d weekend n in calender we can c sunday as d 1st day wat is d locha some body plz clear it up......

nice question to give a thought, but in common sense it shuld be monday as it is the 1st work day after holiday.
