Remember the discussion I started regarding a women I worked with, and how BAD she was treating me. Seemed like no matter what issue I could not get along with her. First it was Diabetes, and I could do nothing right, and she knew everything, even though I was the one who has almost lost a leg due to a Chronic wound that would not heal.
Then I knew nothing about how children should be raised, and hey if you whipped a kid until it hurt to sit down, it was OK, and they were all going to be OK from there. And I had the challenge to say that was Abuse, and that is why Abuse continues, and she said I knew nothing, and I should just be quiet.
That is when I had the Nerve to speak up and request a shift change at work which I got, and said she needed to watch it in the way she judges people as what goes around will come around, and was she ready to pay the consequences?
Honestly though, there were other things that continued to inspire even after these incidences with other people she worked with, to the point where it even became one day a Religious discussion and tussle, and I guess her and another Employee pushed each other to the point where she called the Cops and tried to get this other employee arrested, and fired. But it happened to backfire on her to where everyone else wrote their side of the story, and so she was the one to get in trouble. And then things continued to happen with other employees with her to the point where they had to let this woman go.
This woman is Diabetic, so I can understand sometimes the emotions taking control, but now I can understand why she has gone thru many jobs in her lifetime, and have wondered when will she ever learn? I know even though I did not expect things to transpire this quick, like only maybe 6 weeks tops, but I guess people need to really learn sometimes, what goes around, comes around, and if you do unto others in wrong, it will only come back to you. I just hope from this experience I have learned more, and will continue to be more open and not afraid to share my opinions at times from this.

Yes I do remember that discussion, yes probably you did hit a nerve as some people even myself hate having diabeties but that is still not need to take it out on someone else. But when you are good to others it does come back to you and if you do something nasty to others well it will also return, so my belief is always try at least to be nice to others.

Yes, you are so True there. And if we can all learn to follow this, what a better world this would be.

I have always believed this. It is so true, people will get theirs. God doesn't like ugly, you will pay for what you do in this life.

I am very aware of karma too. I know there's good karma and bad karma, and I deserve my good karma. There are mean people who has the nerve to tell me there's karma. But they're just too stupid to really look at both our lives, whose failing now and who's successful. They're mean from the start that's why I know why they keep on failing. And maybe they want me to have karma too because they dont want to see me in success, but all I get is good karma because I am really trying my best to be a good person, even to those mean people. I feel sorry for them because they dont really know what karma means.

When they talk about karma in the true sense of the word, it's supposed to come back on you in your next lifetime, but I guess thats down to what beliefs you hold.
However, thats not to say it won't happen in this life.
I'm gad that she got what she was coming to her. People can only take so much before they snap. For her to try and get this other employee arrested and fired was a pretty low blow. For her then to continue as she was after she got in trouble shows that she thought she was invincible.
Good to see the company finally took action against her.

I see that you have had a conflict and that it has been resolved. I am glad things are working good for you and that your difficulties have been lifted. Sometimes all God asks of us is to trust and He will do the rest.

It's sad she had to learn that way, but some times that is what it takes. I'm glad you got away from her bad vibes though.

I am sure it is good for the entire work environment for this woman to be gone. It is amazing that she continues to get hired. I have worked with some doozies, and so has my husband. Sometimes God just gives you the right thing to say. I am also glad that you had no direct part in her firing, but that it was a collective effort or testimony that took care of the problem. Have a great day at work tomorrow, and every day. I bet it feels like a weight has been lifted out of the entire environment.

Well it has worked itself out after all. Grace and harmony can not abide within those walls. I am glad you survived and it has finally been dealt with. Her diabetes could have been affecting her brain. I have seen it in my parents. We shall hope for her that she can become more balanced and find employment where she can flourish and support herself. Happy for you my friend!

Like you said what goes around comes around in time. If you keep doing unto others and think always there fault it will in time backfire to you. You can't go on in life blaming everyone for your troubles that is for sure. She seems like to be a very unhappy woman.

Thats what where the saying comes in: "What ou sow is what you reap." Sometimes people really doesnt have idea that what they are doing have corresponding consequences in the future whether it be bad or good. And yes, that is Karma. And sometimes some people doesnt believe in it but hey, it is true.

I'm glad that the bad person got what she deserved. It's people like that who makes other people (that's good) having bad days. If only more people would live by the motto: Do for others what you want them to do for you. I am a very big fan of "Pass it on". It's a good idea to do something good for 3 people and let them pass it on. So therefore I am challenging the people here to do something good for 3 people each. It doesn't have to be something big, just something thats brings a smile to someones face. Maybe you are on a coffe-break and goes out to get a cup of coffe. How about buying an extra cup and give it to someone that has a lot to do at work and doesn't have time to go to buy one.
