thats nice to know.. do you feel different? is there any stuff like tests and things done differently or is it only when it comes to donation that it matters?

Of course it is...
anyone who have negative rhesus will only be able to receive from negative rhesus
so A- will only can donate/ receive from A-
But anyway, it's unique!
