What gone wrong with Pakistan?

Pakistan is a very good team. I really missing a match of India and Pakistan in World Cup the most exciting. But what happen to the team of Pakistan. It loosed against West Indies but it loosed against Ireland is not acceptable. This is really disappointing for all.
