Worst Manners

I believe the worst manners I have ever encountered came from a couple that was invited to an adult only function and brought their three youngest children. They let their kids run around screaming and yelling, spilling things, breaking items that belonged to the host of the party, and never corrected their children once or appologized for any of the damages. they completly ignored the fact that we were a group of parents taking a break for adult conversation for once, and acted like it was the childrens right to do anything they pleased . To me this is having bad manners...
