Happiness is an attitude which money cannot buy, but it can buy means to happiness. For example if you are fond of touring and seeing new places and derive happiness out of this hobby then naturally you cannot reach your destination without money in your pocket. So money can buy means and happiness is in your own hands.

no, money cannot buy happiness. Money buys material things, which can make you happy for a moment, but it does not buy love or health. These things are crucial for a happy life. You can have everything in the world at your fingertips, but without someone to share it with, how much is it really worth? True you may have a companion, maybe only interested in your money. And without health, you may not be around long enough to enjoy your material things. SO no, money does not buy happiness.
