How to improve English in a poor environment like Vietnam? / myLot

Hi all, I'm a Vietnamese citizen. And I feel that it's really hard for a Vietnamese to learn English. Why is it? I think the problem is that we don't have English environment for conversations. Could anyone have an idea for the solution? Thanks in advance!

Thanks Sarah, I will stay here often. Not just to study improve English but also to get knowledge. But you know, this way just help us improve reading skill. How about spoken? What is the good thing you think?

try to read dictionary first so that you will understand the meaning of the words.
