Are you in a country like the Philippines, can you claim you money from Paypal?

Does Paypal have given limited service to certain countries like the Philippines and that if someone signed up to them and generate income sent to their Paypal account, Paypal does not allow them to withdraw their money? Sometimes I think it is unfair being born in certain countries with restricted online opportunities.

I am also from Philippines we can only send money through paypal but we could not recieved money or used it in our country. Much better for you to used e-gold as there are some money exhcnager for it in the Philippines which is pinoygoldexchanged.net

It's one of my disappointments too. I joined some programs which pays thru paypal only, and really wanted to sign a paypal account, the problem is how do we transfer the account in paypal to e-gold, inorder to cash out our earnings. I think we have to research for some ways here.

I think we can only use e-gold here..
I find nothing wrong or unfair about e-gold, they give us the best service and the easiest way on receiving our money. filipino users consider E-gold as the local counter-part of Paypal, here in the philippines..

e-gold ins the only good thing about this thing. it accepts transactions from a third world country like us. i hope it'll be more better
