Ireland has proved to be a team wid much confidence and caliber....
can they repeat and keep up their performance.
can they do what kenya did the last world cup..

i am sorry but nothing like that is going to happen....
and for your knowledge kenya just won one up-set match but go on till samis only because some tems didn't do to zimbabwe..

Ireland seems capable of bringing up some surprises. Maybe they have some players from English background and they may have some league experience in England.
They are most likely to enter the super 8s unless otherwise some miracles happen in the last two matches (They will be eliminated only if Zimbabwe beat Pakistan and West Indies beat Ireland. In this case, Zim and Ireland would be tied on points, then the winner will be decided based on net run rate).
I don't think they can enter semis. To enter semis, they have to consistently beat the top teams in the super 8.

No, I don't think so. May be Bangladesh can do it. I don't want Bangladesh to qualify for the next round though. I think that Ireland have just faced the easier teams like Zimbabwe and a weak and unfit Pakistan (though they are among the best when with full strength). Their real challenge will be West Indies and probably it will be when we can really judge their skills and pressure tolerance.

well i really appriciate effort of ireland team but i think it would be to much to ask for from them cos this time it will be 8 teams from which four has to come out and at same time i feel sorry that ireland is half australians and have south african team and none a original irelander

yes they can ireland is not that bad team as we have thought they got some county players from england and one australian countuy cricketer too playing in that team then u never know what can happen.but one thing for sure i love the support those people give to there players when they are playing.there are only 100s ofthem but it sounded like whole stadium is filled with irish people.
