Every position in our company have a limit authority. The problem comes when our supervisor ask to make a decision out of our authority control and he doesn't give us support. What must I do?

Your your own man ask your self this question, and if it dont work and people complain well don't worry, cause if you want something out of life you carn't please people. People make out there so perfect like your mum, but there full of failings the've just learnt arrogance. Never ask for advice, cause differen't advice comes from differen't people and we all want the same things...It just that wer'e competing. No one knows anything no one is right. Just trust in yourself and god.
