Well.. even they wont be united greats.. they will be a good player.. essential for Man Utd to meet the criteria for UEFA Champions League euquirement.. if u know that they require certain number of home grown players, country players and youngster..

Of cos.. they provide backup for the team.. like i say.. a successful team need a good backup team.. all 3 of them are good players.. but right now they are outshine by the performance of 1st team player.. all they have to do is to work hard.. they will be e future of man utd.. perhaps they will be loan out next season..

i personally think the remaining few matches will determine the future of John O'shea. Currently, he had been performing above par, especially since his winning goal away against Liverpool in 91th minutes. Last match against Bolton, he had been quite steady too.
Fletcher and Richardson, well i feel they have no chance in staying in Man Utd. Carrick and Scholes are dominant in midfield. While if Giggs hasn't retire, or Park is still in the squad, i see no chance to see Richardson to start regularly

Yeah O shea is a brillant defence midfeilder, he has got so much talent e.g header and strngth. Flecther will do many things down the right and centre and richarson he is out left midfeild if anything, goes wrong.

I think O Shea, Fletcher and Richardson might be shipping out of Man United next season. Might be Fletcher might be retained, but am pretty sure the other two would heading out of Man United. A few clubs are interested in Richardson for sure, need to see where O Shea and Fletcher end up.
Cheers!
