what do really employers looking when hiring new employee?

I graduated from a local university in Malaysia. I have sending lots of resume but still no response. I feel bad because I did got good cgpa but from what I see they all looking who had working experience. I'm a fresh graduate so I do not have experience. So, how can I cope with this problem?

I also have the same problem. I invited for two interview by different company but my other conjunction have lot of experience so they look professional when it comes to interview and me, i look so nervous and when i'm in front of the employer its became really hard for me to answer the employers question. I don't know how to fix this problem.
