Cheese here means your goals, your ambitions, your aims in your life, which will make you happy and comfortable. What are you doing to achieve it?
Mine is having my own place, car and provide my family with all the things they need. Of course to achieve this I work a lot.

well my "cheese", as you name it,is to pass my college exams, go to college and then have the job i've been dreaming to.
but first of all, i want to build my own family and i will be starting from this summer when my boyfriend and i are planning to move in together and then get married in a year or so.
everything you wish to do, everything you long for implies a lot of work and patience, so you should never run out of faith.
