Re-enter Your Log In Information

There are a lot of websites that want your log in information every so many minutes, if you did not use the site for that time. Usually these are websites where money or sensative information is concerned. Some websites even demand an re-login every 10 minutes or so... Wheterher or not you have been active. What do you think: good thing, this way your account stays protected, or bad thing, re-logging in is a nuissance? I myself float between the two... I understand and like my safety on the net, but I can also get irritated, to log in AGAIN... sigh!
