2 at the maximum as then thay can look after them.

It should be up to the couple of how many children they should have and noone else's! Even though it should be their decision, they should still stay within reason! If they are financially and emotionally stable and established and have enough time available for their children then there really should be no limit! If they can provide all the necessities a child will need, medical insurance, a house to live in, food to eat, education, etc. then there shouldn't be a limit!

It depends on the couple if the couple is able to finacialy support them and their children.
