Quick and fun

If you look at my avatar you'll see the results of about 6-7 months of kickboxing! Its fun and you lose weight every week... unless you overindulge on food. There was a month where the class time changed so I couldn't make it so actually it was less time. During that month I took other classes, jogged and did weights but even with calorie restriction I couldnt lose more than a pound! It was so frustrating. I ended up losing 76 pounds and I'll be going back to it once my baby is born. Just thought I'd let everyone in on an awesome fat burning program!

Kickboxing is a great way to burn calories and tone muscle. My daughter did this for many months and the results were great. This technique isn't for everyone though. It is too rigorous a workout for those with ailments such as arthritis.
