Glazed Corned Beef
INGREDIENTS
4 1/2 pounds corned beef, rinsed
1 cup water
1 cup apricot preserves
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Coat a large pan with non-stick cooking spray. Place corned beef in dish and add water. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours; drain liquid.
In a small bowl combine apricot preserves, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Spread the apricot mixture evenly over the corned beef.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) 25 to 30 more minutes, or until the meat is tender; basting occasionally with pan drippings.
Slice corned beef across grain and serve
Sweeper Steak
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons sesame oil
1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
1/2 cup diced onion
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 quart casserole dish or larger with sesame oil.
Place the beef, cream of mushroom soup, soup mix and onion into the prepared baking dish and stir to blend.
Cover and cook for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.

I have quite a few different recipes that I tend to make quite often. They are not only delicious, but rather filling as well at the same time. I know I much rather prefer to make home-made food more than deciding to order out a large majority of the time!
I enclosed a recipe below that is all to delicious! I know it is rather filling & is full of flavor at the same time as well though! If you decide to try this recipe I truly do hope you enjoy this dish! . .

"Pizza Ground Beef Casserole."
Ingredients are as follows:
- 1 pound of lean ground beef
- 1 tablespoon of freshly minced garlic
-1 large onion, diced
- 4 tablespoons of grated parmesan cheese
- seasoning salt & pepper to taste
- 1 pound of pepperoni, divided
- 1 medium green pepper, diced (optional)
- 4 cups of pasta/tomato sauce
- 1 can of sliced mushrooms, drained also
- 4 cups of mozzarella cheese, divided
- 3 - 4 cups of rigatoni pasta (cooked but also drained, make sure to not over-cook the pasta though)
Directions are as follows:
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cook the ground beef in a medium - large skillet. Along with the onions, the green peppers if desired, the garlic, & of course the salt & pepper. Cook this until the ground beef is browned, but also the vegetables have come tender. After this drain the fat & then mix in the parmesan cheese shortly after.
- Then stir in the 1/2 of a pound of the pepperoni (make sure to chop this pepperoni up to add to the mixture. Leave half of the remaining pepperoni sliced, add the mushrooms, the pasta/tomato sauce, then stir all of this well until combined. Simmer all of this for 25 minutes on top of the stove.
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Then place the cooked rigatoni pasta on the bottom of the greased baking dish.
- Then sprinkle over top the 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Afterwards layer the pepperoni slices evenly over top of the cheese. And then top with the ground beef, along with the pasta sauce mixture.
- Bake this uncovered for roughly 30 minutes.
- Once finished, remove this from the oven. Then sprinkle of course the remaining 2 cups of the mozzarella cheese on top.
- Return the baking dish to the oven & bake for an extra 10 minutes, or at least until bubbly.
- Then let this stand for 10 - 15 minutes before deciding to serve. Then ENJOY along with some salad on the side! xx

hi friend , why dont u tryu out this. its quite easy to make and tasty to eat.
3 pounds maincrop potatoes
1/3 cup regular olive oil
1 head garlic
Kosher salt
preheat the oven to 425 degree F.wash n dry the potatoes. but dont bother to peel them ( easy job)cut them into 3/4 inch dice.toss in a lrge oven tray and pour over the oil smulching around with your hands to mix it well (if u dont like that do it with a big spoon). seperate the head of garlic into cloves adding them to the tray and roast for about 1 hour turning once or twice during that time , until crispy and golden but still soft on the inside of it.when they r done , remove to a large plate n sprinkle with salt.
