****TALK Less WORK More****

How many of you guys follow this???? I find it very difficult in reducing my talk and working more time.. I really cannot reason out why i am like this...Prefer to talk while working.. Eventhough i have less concentration, am able to do the work probably in a few extra time... If i dont interact while doing my work i sleep most of the time.. So i always prefer to do combined studies rather than sitting alone with my books open and finally find myself asleep...Even when am working in my laptop i tend to speak over the phone... Do you think doing two jobs simultaneously at a time is difficult??? Have you experienced it???
