how many kids is to many

how many of you think you should have as many kids as you want or should there be a set number if you get help from the state?

I believe anyone who is living on the state's money should be given a number of 2-3 kids per household...I know many people who live on welfare and they all have between 5-6 and sometimes more and they are living off our money.....So yes,I believe if you are living off the state,there should be a set amout

I don't know how many are too many but I know a lady that lives in TN that had 21 kids by one man...her husband. I'm not sure if she got assistance from the state. My pastor has 11 children and he never got help from the state. In both cases all of the children are over 18.
