Hi been with avon for a year in half love it alot began sales leadership last year enjoy it too as it works round my little girl really enjoy it on here met a couple of nice people hope to meet alot more my computer is my time out from life DESTRESS time so am ofton on here at night what does UL and AUL mean ? is it something like sales leader then advance s/l?

I recruit others to start their own Avon Business and I get a commission check every other week from my downlines sales. AUL makes more % than UL it means Unit Leader, then the next level is Advance Unit Leader, then Excutive Unit Leader then Senior Excutive Unit Leader. It is how many reps in the US make a six figure income. I am working towards that myself. Do you make commissions off the people you get started in Scotland? If not you should write the company, because everyone with Avon should make a commission off their downline, no matter which country they are in.

yes we have the same you start as a sales leader then advance then exe and then senior i am at moment adavanced its hard work but well worth it got two trainee sales leaders at the moment and two qualified so hope to be exec before xmas well i will keep trying anyway
