did you see Borat? What did you think of it?

I heard it was very controversial especially in regards to Jewish people (Borat is very afraid of them) and feminists (Borat doesn't understand them) and homosexuality. It's friggin hilarious this movie! My favourite scene is the one where he walks in on his friend jerking off to a picture of Pam Anderson, and they have the huge fight where they are both naked.

I did see Borat, I just got the DVD actually. I thought it was hilarious, but I understand how it could have been very controversial as well. Sacha Baron Cohen is amazing at explaining the irony of our society and taking stereotypes so far that its makes them seem stupid and ridculous. The naked fight was kind of gross though.

We watched this movie last night and laughed our butts off. I was sure that it wouldn't be as good as I heard it to be. My husband is still laughing over it.

I thought that that movie was absolutely hilarious. I laughed so hard my stomach hurt. I'm sure that some people took offense to it but I think that it was all in fun and I enjoyed getting to cuddle up to the boyfriend and having a few laughs together.

This was a hilarious movie. The funniest part is that there are people that actually think like Borat in some respects. It showed how dumb all of us can be...I laughed so hard it hurt.

It's a good movie, and it's interesting for me to write this, because I didn't really like it. It's dumb and it's funny. It's certainly interesting, because something *happens* in the movie, and the way the movie builds is really effortless so I thought it had everything needed for a good movie including originality. But bizarre is bizarre, and despite acknowledging it for what it is, I don't think I'd watch it a second time.

I saw the movie and I thought it was very funny. Borat is a satire and a commentary about our own fears about people who are different than us. I was not at all offended by it because I understood why he made the movie. I think Sasha Baron Cohen is a genius and I eagerly look forward to his next "mockumentary".
