Has anyone had a near death experience

Lots of my friends have been in such horrific incidents and accidents over the last few years and you just never know what is round the corner. My friend is a coach driver and he owns his own company after taking over from his dad. Not only did he lose the top of his finger when he was working on the coach when he was a teen but only a year ago the actual coach fell on top of him. He SURVIVED. How amazing is that. It is very unfortunate that our bodies are so fragile as are our organs but i think it is very special when people come out of their accidents or attacks and lead a fuller life realising that they have so much to live for. I really appreciate the fact that some special people get into loads of debt in order to become surgeons and doctors and nurses to help save other lives. I think it is a very noble line of work and if anyone has the potential to do a job like that, dont just settle for the simple things in life and dream of being famous because its the people behind the scenes that do most of the work and get the least gratitude
