Who has the best chance of winning idol?

I think it's another year for the girls... Stephanie, Lakisha, Melinda--duh, they all got it! on the other hand I think Sanjaya can make it long enough trough his Charms. Another Blake Lewis, haha...his fantastic! If were in U.S. I would probably vote him one time. Well, my bet with respect to talent is Melind. Rather than Lakisha, because sometimes she oversang the songs. With the X-Factor I place my bet to Stephanie.

I beleive the women have it. I think either Melinda or Lekisha will win this year.

I feel deep down that there is going to be a female winner this time around. I have really not enjoyed many of the men's auditions or performances. The women have been much more impressive and overall in my opinion have much more talent than the men. I think out of all of the performances by both the men and women, there have been only a few from the men that even held my attention or impressed me. Above and beyond that though I think that with the exception of a couple contestants the majority of them seem to be doing worse and worse ever week. When I originally saw Chris Sligh for example he really grabbed my attention and made me want to root for him during the show. That was during his original audition. When he began performing on the actual show, there was something that was lacking in his overall performance. I don't feel like he had made the right song choices sometimes and other times his vocal was off. In my opinion I think he would have been better off trying to choose songs that fit his vocal range more. I just feel that Chris Sligh could do so much better than he has been doing. I honestly believe myself that the person who has the best chance at winning Idol is Lakesha Jones. Her voice has such maturity to it and it sounds like she has had some training. I love how her voice has so much power behind it and as well how beautiful she can make a song sound. I love it when someone's personality comes through in their singing voice and hers is one that does that often. She can hit those high notes and not make them sound terrible where as a lot of the singers on there have done that in every performance. I don't find anyone really stands out for me this season. I remember watching last season and the minute I saw Chris Daughtry I was blown away. He had such a great voice and even better stage presence I was surprised as heck when America dropped him off the show in favor of Taylor Hicks instead. Regardless of all that, at least there was a singer that grabbed my attention unlike the majority of the contestants this season. There's no real stand outs amd that makes me disappointed. I don't know what made them pick certain people from their auditions. I didn't see anything really that unique about a lot of the people in the competition and I still don't. Most of the time a television show has to have something that grabs my attention and I feel that this season there's nothing really there making me watch the show every week. There's nothing drawing me to support the program in the first place. I almost feel like the only reason I'm watching is for the sake of finding out who gets kicked off every week. There's no real other purpose to me watching it then that. In conclusion, I feel like right now I could only really choose Lakesha Jones as a clear cut winner for American Idol. The majority of the other contestants seem to be lacking something that gives them that star quality. I really feel like the only person I can really see winning it all is Lakesha. She's got everything that is required to be an American Idol in my opinion. The only other person I feel may be able to win other then her would be.. Melinda. I think it may be a close call between those two.. But when it comes to that show you just never know who may honestly end up winning.. As sometimes you can think someone will win.. And then someone completely different ends up winning each time! . . Thanks for allowing me to share! xx
