Any Turkey breast recipes?

I have been so tired of the same old recipes and I purchased a small 3 lb Turkey breast for fresh ideas. Usually I would roast the breast in the oven for a few hours with herbs and spices. After the Turkey is cooked, I usually chop some up for salads and sandwiches. Sometimes I made gravy to go with Turkey slices! Does anyone have any easy Turkey recipes? Thanks!
