if you could change your look, what would you surgically "fix"?

i had the chance to do it a few years ago, and i did it, and i am very happy with the results. how do you think it will make you feel different? do you want to do this for yourself, or do you want to look good for others? i did it for myself, i didnt feel comfortable wearing certain things, and now i feel great. dont get me wrong, i dont go around wearing tight skimpy clothes at all. that isnt me. i can actually wear nice, grown up clothes that i had always wanted to wear.
