There is something more painful than losing someone you love... it is when she is counting her remaining days in the world while you are busy looking for ways to prolong her stay, then suddenly, wham! She's gone... you never prolonged her stay and you're not with her on the last days of her life... a lose-lose situation.
The pain will be deep, it will cut through your soul.. the regrets that you cannot voice out, the love that you failed to show... everything will be bundled into one... the painful reality of death

Truth is bitter and strange dear, the situation you mentioned earlier ,my friend has gone through that and he lost his mother that too within 2 days of notice. And he wasn't able to meet him at her last moment.
From then on we never leave him alone because he feels too low and he thinks about that only, we just want him to come out of it and take on the challenges in the world couragefully. This situation becomes quite tough, that is why one should never delay in expressing their feelings to others. In case yu meet any such people do take atmost care of them, they need that and try not to talk anythin which will remind him about his/her loved one.

Those are beautiful thoughts. I lost a close friend in such a way and this rings very true.
Thank you for sharing this.

You can understand the mood, but think carefully. After all, you are you, not your reluctance to no avail . So relax the heart, to a distance. Not to stay in a point.
