did you know that aspartame can kill? i'm sure you do! my dad was diagnosed of pancreatic cancer and we feel that one of the factors to blame was his intake of aspartame (he was diabetic and he used artificial sweeteners for a number of years). i'm just wondering, if you already know that aspartame can kill you, do you REALLY practice abstinence from it?

I have read that it can make regular users paralyzed like in MS but when they stop using aspartame, they get back to normal again.
I read the ingredients in things I buy and also warn my friends. It is unbelievable that it is still allowed in foods and drinks.
Here is an interesting site:

I found out about aspartame over a year ago. It was slowly killing my husband.
He is much better now and NO aspartame comes into my house if I am aware of it. I do read labels on any new product I buy and on old products if they say: "new", "improved", etc.
I even found aspartame listed on Centrum vitamins - why does a pill you swallow need to be artificially sweetened?
