Real Dollars Versus Fast Cents

I've been wandering through the discussions related to earning online etc and I have to admit to being amazed by the amount of people who claim they desperately need to earn some real money quickly yet when offered the chance to earn some decent income as long as they are prepared to put in a bit of time and effort shun those ideas and instead would prefer to spend the same amount of time just clicking on emails etc to earn a few cents a day (if they're lucky)
Given the chance why wouldn't people want to spend a couple of hours a day building a decent online income (though it may take a little longer initially to see the money add up) as compared to spending those same hours watching their income increase by $0.0006 etc.
I know you see the accumulated earnings quicker by doing paid to read etc but in the long run aren't you better off earning dollars over cents? Even if it does take a bit of actual work to achieve it.

YOu sure make sense, but the problem is that most people, me included, have no idea of what is available out there that would actually give some decent money without an investment ( monetary ) on our part. MOst people will be ok with the time and effort part, but we don't even know what is legitimate or not or as I said what is available. Believe me I have looked and couldn't find anything. Maybe I didn't know where to look, but like me there are lots of people.

You're right in that often it's hard to know what is legit and what is not. I guess what's often a deciding factor for me (though there's only a couple of 'programs' that I sort of actively promote - the rest of my income is based on my building my own sites/blogs etc) is the support that is offered. If I can see that they do provide regular ongoing support via forums, email, one on one chats etc then I will seek out further information from them. If those forums etc haven't been visited in months or lack any necessary updates etc well then I steer clear :-)

And may I ask where you can get these steady but secured dollars that you mentioned? I am curious to learn more. Do share.

I*'d love to spend just a 'little' time making a good referal downline .. but how do you do that ??
I've tried all kinds of places to leave my referal addy's .. all I get from them though is flippin' spam .. here in MyLot it's the first time I have ever, ever, ever managed to get anyone sign up to anything via my referal addy ..
So where are these places that I can leave my addy and magically have hundreds of folks signing up .. because I sure as heck haven't found anywhere in 10 years of being online ,..

Actually in all honesty I don't worry too much about referrals. I build my own business (site or blog) and just provide information others are looking for. By using a variety of affiliate programs related to the subject of my site I don't need to worry about having a huge downline to earn from.
Having said that I do promote the odd program and do build a few referrals, but I've found they've come from me being honest with others and explaining how I'm doing things in my blog etc and those same people being prepared to ask me questions so they fully understand what's invovled before signing up. And even then in some of those programs I don't actually earn anything by having a downline.

I think it really depends on what you're looking for. Some people don't want to make enough money for a career or even a monthly income, just extra cash for maybe a nice night out or two. Then there are some who do want an income or salary, so it all depends on the individual and the idea of "getting rich quick". Some people don't get rich quick, that's why they join sites that pay like $0.02 weekly and things like that.

I definitely agree on earning real dollars than just fast cents. Working for real dollars on the internet means giving much of your effort and time on it plus you also have to give out a real amount of money to earn also. Maybe internet users who are aiming to earn from the internet have already heard a lot of news about earning a real amount of money from the internet. It's just that they're not giving considerations to the fact that it's hard earned money meaning you have to really work for it to get it.

I think most people here are trying to make some decent income regardless if what they do. Most take every opportunity to make people visit their websites and use their links.

There are a lot of factors to consider... you have a very normal question and I think you`ve got some very good experience online... What can I say to you, is that the question you put here is the question from were you either go up to becoming a very succesfull online marketer... or down because you couldn`t answer this question that, if you are sincere, is like a wall... "What can I do to make those people see what I see???" My advice... is to put yourself in their shoes and see and, most important, understand them... don`t put any blame on them... try to figure out how they think because the solution is there... it`s in your head and their... just pay attention to their objections... figure out why they said that... make a list of those objections because just saying this isn`t a scam it may not convince them... Tom Hopkins once said: "If you say it they might believe it, but if they say it, it`s true"... Start from this and tell me how it goes... Have Fun!!! ;)

You are right, I totally agree with you. But some people just do it for fun. Me I sit at a computer and for about 3 hours out of my 8 hours I have nothing to do but answer phone so I do this.

Well, I totally don't agree with you. There are people out there complaining including me of their income at mylot. Then there was a cas yesterday that someone got only .88 cents because he posted over 100 and started some very good discussions. I don't think so.
People aren't getting what they deserve. People are complaining to mylot. People are leaving mylot also because of this.

Hi, please don't take this the wrong way, but people need to remember that mylot is not a job, they don't employ us and force us to do this work, in fact any payment we get is really just a bonus or incentive to keep coming back - I'm sure each and every one of us here at some stage has interacted this same way online for free. Here we're lucky enough to earn a few bucks a month for doing it.
I don't look at mylot as a way to earn income - yes I enjoy the little bit of pocket money I get - but for me I rather use it to meet new people and learn new things - and in some instances to network with those that are interested in what I do in my online business.

You got to be strong to earn huge money from the internet. There are so many things that will make you burn up on its. My advice is do not let your self feel empty in this business. Learn from the pro, if you can find a good guru's. This is the better ways.

One of the biggest problems with trying to earn an online income is that too many people read the "gotcha phrases" on the websites promising hundreds and thousands of dollars each day or week with little to no work and effort. After they sign up for these programs and find that they are really scams and don't work, they give up and get frustrated. They also become afraid to try opportunities that will take a little longer to make money because they are afraid to fail yet again. If more people would remember that you can't get something for nothing, and that if it sounds too good to be true - it usually is, they could spend a little more time working on honest and legitimate opportunities and actually earn a reasonable income. On the other hand, people will always get caught up in the get rich quick schemes because it is simply human nature to want to get rich without having to work for it!

many of those money making online schemes, the ones that seem like they might actually generate income, start looking very much like work.
I am developing a very real aversion to work and even to money. Those things often make life bad I have noticed.

i tried other sites but not satisfied from their offers you enforce yourself to reffer somebody so i had no earnings to come Mylot is the only site i had enjoy a week ago. Here your machinery is to work the same as yourself so you reward amount of the cents even without reffering somebody.
