A perfect boss should be considerate about its employees,not pushing them too hard while he/she just slack off in the office. He/she should be a good model of all the employees. He/she should also be open minded and listen to opinions of other employees.

Each boss shall know what you said.But most of them can not do it in there work.or even they think they have do all thing for their employees,it just the idea from the position of 'boss',no from employee position.

hi,friend,while extracting work from subordinates,boss should act as friend and while reviewing subordinate's work performance, boss should act as boss.

Sure,boss is bose,they are not friends of employee.But boss shall make employee comfortable during work.

No perfect boss,and no bad boss,just remember we shall do our best to make profit for our boss.it is our basis to get the salary.boss they paid money to us,that is boss.

I think he should be appreciative of his employees. He should reward them if they do something right. He should be supportive of their initiatives too.

For me,he will give high level salary to empolyee.more than the normal level.and big bonus for holiday.
