whoelse does'nt know the native meal of philippines?the adobo?
i do not know any of filipino families does'nt know how to cook adobo!we love that meal, it really adds up our appetite when it was served,in any place(we called our not much expensive meal here in our country a "karinderia or eatery" you'll notice that adobo is always in a menu..

I love to eat adobo, specially my mom will cooks it, yah, it is vary true it's add appetite,,the more you eat and chew it it more tasting.

and when it's almost empty you try to add it in a fried rice and egg on the top,, it's enough to munchy munchy your appetite!

Adobo is a common thing throughout the country. I believe everyone likes it. Could be chicken, pork or whatever else that catches our fancy.
