is there anyone knows about the mms setup?

i bought my phone motorola razorv3 a year ago and finally i activated my gprs settings,but unfortunately i wasn't able to send an mms to my friends and even on my email...i tried to call customer service (smart/globe) if they know the settings but the frequent answer is no?! can you please help me...tnx!
