What would you prefer, being rich or being millionaire?

First we need to know the difference between rich and millionarie. I had this doubt for some years till I read the Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich dad, poor dad". In this book he says that a rich person may not have millions of dollar, but he/she can stop working anytime and still have a passive income that will satisfy his/her monthly expenses. An a millionaire is a person who has millions of dollars. According to this definitions, which one would you like to be? I would like to be rich instead of millionaire, because I could have a financial freedom. In other hand, a millionaire, if he/she isn´t prepared, may lose all their money.
