Chilli Con Carne

I have the ground beef out of the freezer defrosting, and I'm going to make Chilli Con Carne later, but I'd like to try something a bit different from my usual recipe. Would anyone like to share their Chilli recipes with me? And tell me what you eat with the Chilli? Rice? Tacos? Cheese?

only thing i do with ground beef is mince,ok i know boring but i do fancy the tacos i might try that for my tea

i mean brown the beef and add a gravy

There is something about mince with gravy which reminds me of school dinners, so I only ever do this when I am making a pie, and then I add lots of onions and carrots so its not just mince (kind of kid myself its less bad the more vegetables I can get in there!).
