The after life

What do you think happens when we die? Do you believe in heaven and hell or maybe you have another theory? I read that when we die our 'souls' move around on different plains and dimensions. I think I prefer this to the heaven and hell theory as it seems nicer. So what are your thoughts?

I believe that after we die, our spirits get lifted to heaven and we are joined with our loved ones. We are then eternally happy!
